Loricariidae Catfish are also known as Plecos, known for their bony bodies and large sucker type mouths. Great to hoover up algae, these catfish can grow to a very large size, and if the algae content in your aquarium is low, they may decide to eat your plants. A good pellet supplements their diet and keeps them in perfect health. These pellets have a soft texture, which makes them ideal for the delicate mouths and barbels of these foraging fish.
