N.I.G.G.A.Z. in the title is an acronym for ("Never Ign'ant Getting Goals Accomplished'); the "Z" in the title makes it a plural. The album is 2Pac's commentary on contemporary social issues facing American society such as racism, police brutality, poverty, black on black crime, and teenage pregnancy.
