Once the harness has been custom fitted to the cat (without any pressure to his throat) it works by the shoulder straps gently tightening as needed to allow more control and a better fit, keeping your cat safe and secure when walking. The harness puts pressure across your cat's chest instead of the delicate throat, and the soft nylon and stretchy lead flexes with each movement. The lead extends from 100 cm to 162 cm, providing gentle 'give' should your cat decide to leap forward when out on walks.
